Southern Pine Electric

Southern Pine Electric was organized in 1938 to provide service to 485 homes and farms. Today, Southern Pine has grown to provide electrical service to more than 70,350 meters with more than 10,700 miles of electrical line. The service area covers approximately 8,100 square miles and includes parts of Forrest, Covington, Jeff Davis, Smith, Jasper, Lawrence, Copiah, Newton, Scott, Rankin, and Simpson counties.
