Northcentral Electric Cooperative is an electric distribution cooperative that serves almost 35,000 meters in 4 north Mississippi counties. Northcentral Electric Cooperative was organized in 1950. Today, Northcentral has grown to provide electrical service to almost 35,000 meters with more than 1,550 miles of electrical line. The service area covers approximately 333 square miles and includes parts of DeSoto, Marshall, Tate, and Lafayette counties.
